With all the excitment today, I was reading through the Sept.30 financials MD & A (dated Nov. 24/10 on the new website)

This caught my eye... Any idea what this means to the retail shareholders?

Proposed Spin-Off Transaction
On October 26, 2010, the Company transferred its interest in the Kiyuk Mineral Property to a
wholly owned newly incorporated subsidiary, Prosperity Goldfields Corp. (“Prosperity”) in
exchange for 12,766,395 common shares in Prosperity. On November 3, 2010, Evolving
subscribed for an additional 10,000,000 units in Prosperity for cash of $1,500,000.
Once the transactions are completed the Company will be considering strategies to create
liquidity for the Prosperity shares that are distributed and expects that such a liquidity event will
be undertaken before the end of December, 2010.
