It would be nice to get somefeed back from someone who talked face-to-face with EVG. They might even be able to express the frustration of the stockholder on the company's lack of 'creditable' communication with us.
I got mine in Scott Trade, Fidelity and Think or Swim (TD Americia) accounts.

I am an EVG shareholder who lives down here in the USA - according to this press release, since I am not a Canadian resident my dividend shares of the Spinco will be given to a trustee to sell on the open market, and then I will be given a cash dividend as a result of the sale of these shares - is that correct? Any other EVG shareholders "south" of the border want to weigh in on this?

Went back thru Sadar listing (EVG history) and cannot locate any significat recent reference "Kiyuk Mineral Property". I did see it was committed to in 2008 but in my following of evg over the last year ... I do NOT seem to recall any references to it till the finanical update.
Why just a small paragraph in the semi annual update?
But I do see the last note "liquidity event will be undertaken before the end of December, 2010." So .. I guess we'll something more on this before year's end.
BTW .. zumplums had commented on other board about - Prosperity.

Nice to see this open again. After attempting to follow EVG on other sites, it became extremely frustrating with all the basher and pumpers. I hope EVG gets on board and supports it's reopening. Also, I saw that plums & mr mate are aware of it reopening. Maybe slowlane will come back. I just hope the moderationation keep pumper's & basher's 'in tow'.
I just call EVG & advised them of the reopening.
