Maybe they'll say: "Stop the lawsuit and we will give you 50% of the action".

We'll decline the offer and press for 75%. That will teach them butting heads with the majority and get burnt.

Seriously though, they must be a bit concerned regarding this new wave of surging challenge. I'm sure they know there is an Opt-in rally coming soon to their nearest theater.
