How many do the Sharehohers Committee have? Lot's there I'm sure but maybe not as many as our group have collectively. Remember there are over 400M shares outstanding. They are all owned but somebody. Is it published somewhere how many the Committee have? Does Fung have any (maybe warrants). Last i heard he and the CEO sold out long time ago. What about Tenor do they have any? Likely not.
