I was the one who said it. It doesn't matter how much you ask for it is how much is awarded or settled on. In my discussions with Kry they have indicated that they believe VZ may be more willing to negotiate an equitable settlement once we have our finances in place.

The longer it takes to settle or get an award and collect the higher our debt goes. Also no matter how good our case is a settlement is a win for sure when winning an award is always in question.

I hope we get the whole amount but realistically VZ settles because they can do so at a discount.
