I spoke to RM and this is what I percieve as the current status.

1. we are finanalizing a deal to sell equiptment.

2. We are in discussions and are looking to restructure or refinance Kry's outstanding debt.

3. If we complete 1 and 2 we should be able to make it to Judgement without a further dilutive capital raise.

4. CRRC is still in discussions with Kry and VZ

5. Kry will be able to put up over 500,000,000 in past spent damages, which should be awarded at a minimum.

6. will probably have reverse split and stay on Amex.

7. Current stock price does not accurately reflect probable ISCID outcome.
