Thanks very much, no_bear, for communicating with RM and sharing the results. I notice that nowhere in his response did he address your point about obtaining financing as a way to raise the share price.

At this point, I am basically throwing in the towel. In anticipation of a very dilutive financing dropping the shareprice even more, I have been selling off my holdings. Now, in anticipation of a delisting and/or reverse split and continual gradual erosion of the shareprice, I am in the process of selling the rest save for a token amount to stay in the game. As I am sure is the case with others, this foolish investment has greatly impacted my lifestyle. I would have had a much more comfortable financial life had I never heard of Crystallex.
