nobear, thanks for the well written inquiry to RM and posting his response. if nothing else it tells me that mngt's last avenue of action is going the distance in arbitration.
i'm beginning to believe a deal may be decided upon and a reverse split will make it smell better. i.e. "here's a $2 per share buyout" sounds better than a ".20sh buyout". this makes more sense to me than anything else i've heard. for about $180mil kry could be bought outright (all shares and bondholders) and the new chinese owner would have a good arbitration play, listed company, equipment to sell to ven, mngt is off the hook and can go play golf.
it's not pretty, it's not right and we could have done a lot better imo, but it beats BK.
GW/nobear, regarding EZ, after all the times he called me and others idiots/etc and effectively killed conversations that in the end proved to be pretty accurate, i think EZ SHOULD take some punches. i'd actually respect him if he would post "i was wrong with some of my predictions" but we all know this would'nt happen even if he could...
