CJR..... regarding: KRY selling arbitration, I'm assuming you mean getting someone else to pay off the bond holders and fund arbitration. That's a HUGE chunk of money for what may only be the cheap upfront payoff you envision.

I don't know but did Cemex and the other companies who filed (and who got a cheap upfront payoff) did they have the kind of huge debt and shitty history of KRY?

Let's assume somebody is crazy enough to fund the arbitration. What could we expect to be the level of dilution and do you think we'd get more than a buck a share?
