I'm confused. What is there to buyout? The only thing KRY had to sell was a MOC that is now cancelled.

Is there something else to sell at a price higher than 14 cents?

And regarding getting money to "go away", Ven already told KRY to go away twice: permit rejected, contract cancelled. Ven doesn't seem to see arbitration as a threat to be avoided by paying money prior to filing.

Ven may make a settlement down the road to avoid losing in court and paying an award but when have they ever paid off a company not to file? The threat of arb didn't get GRZ some fat payoff why should we expect KRY to get a pre-file payoff of "go away" money?
