Wouldn't the MOC need to be cancelled so it could be re-issued? And I believe it will be re-issued - to our JV. As I stated earlier, Hugo gets it all this way. Throws out the capitalists, gives MOC to friends - Chinese. He's said all along he was taking back LC.

Also we now have nothing to sell - MOC is gone - then someone has to explain to me why we're still trading at .15/sh. There's more to this than we know, I believe it is all part of "the process" and I don't think we are always being told the truth. There's nothing in the PR about being "blind sided", this came via verbal comms. I think KRY really knows what's going on. JMHO.

First time post but have held KRY for over 6 yrs. The MOC was issued to KRY but to complete the JV process it would need to be re-issued to the new JV. Legally this could probably be done quite easily and simply but that way may show KRY still being involved. This way Hugo gets to pound his chest to show he threw out KRY. KRY says arb is probably next move to further reinforce the idea they are really gone. So now KRY is gone and the revolution lives on. The MOC can now be issued to JV with absolutely no mention of KRY. Hugo has screwed the capitalist and is giving the MOC to China. Politically smart on his part. JMHO.
