Ok. Back to business.

There is much more to this than meets the eye. Let's keep on digging. The MOC Agreement from memory stipulates upon breach/cancel, when the asset passes back to Venezuela. My understanding is within 90 days. We gave China and Venezuela a drop dead date or we file for arbitration. We now have Venezuela's response. Legal aspect of arbitration is enhanced, not weakened. let's see what develops. Think twice before you decide to dump your stock because anything can now happen.
