Teutracker,

I must be missing something. If we don't have an MOC what do we have to offer to the Chinese? We gave up 2/3rds of the project, we have spent money to keep the MOC compliant and we diluted our stock so we can keep the lights on. We sold equipment and we have seen our stock decline while gold is at $1350. VZ has been negotiating this whole time and we keep giving and giving and have gotten nothing in return. If VZ doesn't want us to file then I would think we would be getting better terms not giving up the house. What am I missing?
