I guess I'm torn and hoping it's not a buyout. We are not getting $5 or $6 right now. No way. We are .24 and the Chinese are the only ones who'll touch us. Nobody else is getting a permit either. It's the Chinese or nobody. The Chinese may like Fung but business is business and they'd probably view an offer of $2 as a huge favor to Fung at this point. We are broke, bleeding, and cannot (presently) fund a long arbitration process. The Chinese are not crazy and are not going to overpay for us, and overpay is subjective but we are what we are now. Hoping it's the permit and we're still in the game. My 2 cents.
