i think it's a long shot but if kry did end up being a 1/3rd JV owner with china on a 51/49 JV deal with ven for BOTH LB/LC.....i'd be ok with that....:)

figure that gives them about 17% of 30mil+ oz. (5mil oz), plus copper, plus processing, etc etc.....

that would have to be worth more than the 100mil it's worth today...

on the other hand, the arbitration value is worth more than the 100mil it's worth today..
