I'm trying to grasp the Sept 10 thingy, but my opinion is that CRRC, with our nuts firmly in their palms, is not going to be screwed out of the ability to do anything by a date such as Sept 10, especially if the vote and all is being held back until we are voting on everything. Why would they and, more importantly, why should they?
