I think the by the balls thing is applicable to Hugo screwing around with our potential new partner the way he has with us. It's true that Hugo has shown us zero respect, promised reneged promised and reneged and what could we do about it, nothing.

Now in the light of a potential partner who is heart and lungs involved in Hugos survival it would seem unwise for him to show the Chinese the same lack of respect he has us.

So with that in mind, when we are told that top VZ officials have given a preliminary blessing to the new approach, enough so that the Chinese are getting all suited up, I would expect Hugo to be very clear in his dealings or suffer collateral damage to his relationship.

At the very least I doubt that he will go down the well trodden road of deception we have all soiled our selves on for all these years.
