Flasher, one part that is important in all this is the 34 million raised. Why so much? Is it back up if things went wrong? Who knows I guess is the answer til it all plays out.

My main point was that this deal can be walked away from by crrc. It doesn't have to Hugo's antics that cause it, that many say China will not put up with. Yes they have bargaining power with all thier money but all(China's Vz money) doesn't hinge on the kry/crrc deal. If something comes up that crrc doesn't like, why couldn't they simply back out and pursue something else instead, especially with Chavez's blessing.

Not bashing this stinky stock, after all business is business, lets hope it works out in our favour. All is on the table as possibility with me til it goes one way or the other.

By the way you should be on Canadian Idol with all that talent of late.
