Recognizing the errors in mining matter, the vice-president of the Republic, Elías Jaua, along with several ministers, the governor Francisco Rangel Go'mez and the commander of the Strategic Region of Integral Defense Guayana, general major Henry Rangel Silva, announced - from City Bolivar the objectives of the Caura Plan, that she looks for to eradicate the wood contraband, fuel, environmental devastation and the traffic of people in the river basin of the river of the same name.

The vice-president said that the national Government has ten years designing different plans from work, to preserve the river basins of the mining depredation.

“The mining is an economic activity that must be framed in the legal parameters and controlled by the Venezuelan State.
