However, part of me still thinks the update for SC will be more in general terms, without the optimization numbers everyone is looking for.

This has already been confirmed in the December NR. The optimization studies won't be complete at this time. The best we can hope for is a good work program and maybe a deadline for those studies.

The Optimization studies commenced in 2014 are expected to continue into 2015.
