So what are your guesses, if we see Teck spend their required minimum do we see a big sp drop?

I don't know about a "big drop", we are at 14 cents now and the "big drop" (from $2.70) already happened, imo; 14, 10 or 8 cents is just the same to me, makes no difference.

I expect to get a decision to go for VD PEA directly and have a completion target date by the summer, details on the Carmax 2015 plan and some concrete SC optimization numbers that could be used to "unoffcially" improve FS for SC. However, part of me still thinks the update for SC will be more in general terms, without the optimization numbers everyone is looking for.
