See I think that is totally legitimate. Don Lindsay would be crazy to not get a ball-park figure of what EE expects. Don could just easily ask Elmer or Ernesto over cocktails what they think their project ownership is worth on the open market. Wouldn't Elmer alone have Ernesto's blessing to throw out a pre-approved number? Why not? They are just exchanging opinions.
