Definitely not. But it is possible that during the meeting, they can reference that since CUU AGM letter that CUU is looking to monetize SC, Teck can say they are interested. Please go and consult with your board what your price is.

I don't think it's Teck style to just throw in an offer whether it's lowballed or fair. People need to understand that Copper Fox and Teck are partners in the JV, it's not a take over or anything. It's simple as Copper Fox wanting to sell their share in JV, Teck is interested in buying.
