I have to say that I don't think Teck made an offer to buy us out at this stage. I don't think they made a production decision either.

If there was a buyout offer then the BoD would have met and it would have been released very quickly. So it looks like no offer.

I appreciate your opinion, and it makes sense all on its' own, and to me, unrelated to a pending news release that hasn't occured yet after the JV meeting. Given that Teck's q3 conference call is next wednesday, October 29th, maybe the board of directors will be there prior to discuss major decisions for shaft creek, and potentially release important news for us or in conjunction/simulateously with Copper Fox with a JV update.

One can hope.
