I dont believe we can get maximum value for our 25% unless Tck commits to a mine.

Although maximum value would be at production, point taken. Somehow I can't see the Optimization coming out without a concurrent production decision. Although nothing surprises me anymore about the pace of this play.

I am expecting, and bankinig on, the Optimization showing numbers that make a production decision a no-brainer in the minds of any major.

How does Teck explain that they won't develop Schaft Creek where a publicized Optimization suggests that the IRR is triple to quadruple the cost of capital? Don Lindsay himself said they were looking for projects where the return is "even double the cost of capital".
