Yes, the Right of First Offer forces Teck to buy our 25% at Ernesto's asking price or else "let the auction begin".

This won't happen until after the Optimization results are known, because EE knows that if Teck doesn't bite on the ROFO price then he will need to share the Optimization results in order to properly shop for bids.

Once the Optimization results are received by Copper Fox then a NR will have to be issued immediately because this information is the most material news we have ever had in terms of establishing a properly valuation.
