I would guess that if a rising tide lifts all boats then a sinking tide will sink all boats. Maket conditions may have helped it to rise but they also helped it to decline. Good post chunky. We need someone to show us the light once in a whilecand I certainly don't think it can be dismissed as pumping. The truth is the truth.
