With all due respect, the run from 10 cents to the 2011 highs was not because of Elmer sitting at the helm in the CEO chair, but due to the bull market rally in which practically every stock on the tsx and venture exchange was participating in from early 2009 to 2011. As the saying goes, a rising tide lifts all boats. And from 2009 to 2011 you could have thrown a dart on a dart board and hit a multi-bagger rather easily.
