Well I was right that the agreement would not look at all like the previous agreement. A deal just has to be worked out by the participating parties.

My next prediction is the take over buy out may be different than expected.

May be interesting to some hedge fund.(then we got games)

Or what is stopping Teck (and associate)from keeping the price down by no NR's (sound familiar) or just mediocre results and slowly accumulating a lot of stock. Easy to save millions.
