Wouldn't copper fox lose the rest of the $60,000,000 if they sold their interest?

No, the JV interest comes with all of the terms of the agreement with Teck. Who ever takes over Copper Fox JV interests would still get the money so it`s part of the overall JV value.

The majority owner still needs an exit to get fair value for his shares. Look out for bids.
