Discussions with Teck commenced following the Company's completion of a National Instrument 43-101 technical report pertaining to a feasibility study on the Schaft Creek Mineral Deposit.

The way they worded this is quite strange. They say discussions started after a 43-101 report that pertains to a feasibility study. Is Elmer cryptically indicating that discussions have been going on since the 43-101 Resource Estimate of May 31, 2012?
