The 43-101 report is the 43-101 compliant FS (not the RE).

Then why didn't they just say "...discussions commenced following the completion of a feasibility study"?

Why do they have to cloud the issue with "following completion of a 43-101 technical report pertaining to a feasibility study".

Liddy, perhaps ask Mike why they are specifying the discussion's commencement this way.
