I have no doubt whatsoever that we delivered the Feasibility with the supporting financial documents and the Feasibility Notice.
We have been told numerous times that the 120-day clock has started:
Liddy, April 1: Q to Elmer, What was the official start of the 120 day clock Feb 4th? or earlier? A, Sounds about right. 4 months.
Pat66, Mar 27: Spoke with Cathie, She goes to work every day hoping that it's going to be THE day. Been 8 years in the making and we're down to the last minutes. She doesn't think it will go to June.

Also, but not least, although the News Releases don't specifically mention the Feasibility Notice those Cautionary Notes do: Forward-looking information in this news release includes statements about the delivery of the Positive Bankable Feasibility Study and Feasibility Notice to Teck;
