I'm in my twenties and I wouldn't want this. This would be the opposite of what I invested in. I wanted something with a big return today, not a constant stream years from now. I would have invested elsewhere, or I would invest in CUU when they're closer to production/payback period - not today. I'm annoyed at the current opportunity cost, 4-10 years would be unbearable.
