I can't find it, but wasn't there a post where ES said "I can't believe that they have missed the point that we are in negotiations" ....I am sure I read that, but sure can't find it...

Elmer would not likely have said exactly that, i.e. "negotiations" -- that is too material without a NR and/or too aggregious/disruptive to any real behind-closed-door and on-going negotiations.

I think he said something in the conference call Dec 24th to the effect of "surprised people missed the fact that we are in discussions".

Just my current recollection.
