great clarification, Chappy.

So my back-in % earning timeline estimation is way too aggressive so we theoritically could be the operator until Teck`s 40% earned level (thanks chunky!) which would be just over a year into the development.

But CUU drilling with mine construction money? I am still wondering if any drilling going forward wouldn`t be 100% on our dime, except maybe the 171 MT inferred.

Sorry, while we wait I`m combing through everything CUU, especially assumptions like strategic advantages.
