Chappy, I 100% agree with your assertion. We may already be past Teck's 30 day review period.

I think that a call to Elmer should be made this Friday and ask some point blank questions about contract timelines and Bankable status. Answers to these questions should not violate their "quiet period", especially if your assertion Chappy is correct.
