As part of my due diligence I checked into the past financings. Prior to 2011 Ernesto participated in other private placements:

common 88,888,888 @ $ 0.05625

warrants 88,888,888 @ $ 0.075

common 12,753,623 @ $ 0.08625

warrants 6,376,811 @ $ 0.115

The last information circular listed him at about 211 million shares so he probably exercised all of the warrants. I haven't checked into the details much further as I'm satisfied that EE has an average share price well below anyone on this hub.
