It sure looks like Tech will get this mine all gift wrapped with advanced EA applications, dock and storage facilities, roads, hydro and the future capacity to over 180k tons and the future potential for decades to come. It seems to me that all the majors should be fighting to own this deal. So when will they appear. Time is running out, doesnt seem fair that tech should be taking thier sweet time to wrap this up without a fight or any competition.
