Time is running out, doesnt seem fair that tech should be taking thier sweet time to wrap this up without a fight or any competition.

More reason why we should courier the BFS to Teck ASAP to start the 120 day clock. Next person who calls the CUU office, please ask what's holding CUU up from starting the clock? They have till Feb. 4th to file the condensed BFS with SEDAR. However, Teck will be receiving the completed 6000 page document which is finished, so why is it not delivered yet? What's the reason for hold up?

Never had such a stressful investment in all my years of investing.... delays, ongoing dilution, sp manipulation, years of waiting... geez!

Impossible to stay patient and positive when we keep waiting for positive NRs but we keep getting negative NRs instead.
