The contract states though if Teck opts to back in early all the clauses are triggered and it is as if the feasibility were released. They can't circumvent that by going early.

I think the crucial period is up to the point where they declare what percentage they will be taking. That gives them until 120 days after feasibility to make a deal for the whole package so they don't have to ever declare really.

I tend to agree with you, Vette, that it is likely we will never see the feasibility before the deal is made. Teck must be well aware of the details and be able to formulate a plan and it probably is in their best interest to move before feasibility to keep a lid on market speculation.
