We simply reached the max Teck will pay and so it's time to move on. This shows we are not working towards a sale to the general market. The picture has never been clearer. We could have drilled north and east as Elmer indicated but we did not. That would have the potential to add anothe few billion yet we stopped. Never mind drilling great depths. So does Teck make us do the FS before they act? If they did it in house that would save money but it seems they are happy having us do it for now. This is another reason I think they are waiting for their own quarterly report before acting.
