Yes but if we get no extra news or rumours the sprice could hoovering for a while until we get another evidence .Then a next spike could be.
I'm struggeling with the term Due dilligence .I don't get it what that means .Anyone here to explain this in more simple English.
Also most readers have their focus on the sagd production but MRC is not mentioned .Many look to the sp some days ago when it was at mid 20 .But supposing this announcement was done e,d of March when we where at around 1.5 ?What woulsd happened then?CLL went down like many other all companies but the reaction was more severe due to the uncertainty and higher risk level.Valuation is a strange thing and hard to predict.I'm just wondering how long they can wait to give some other comments.In fact it's a rare way of acting for a company .Or we get a real good attractive price or they refuse to go with a deal and do nothing.But they have some good cards on the table IMo besides the debt situation.
