Dischino and DRVEN are pretty right on with my recollection of the facts.

I will try to read my messy notes and add something constructive. 70-75 attendees.

I am somewhat dissapointed that:

1. The first 7 settlers and the 19 current infringers will not be revisited ( for further litagation) after 1st time payment. No more Samsung....

2. At this time there are no cross-licensing projects with any infringers. May be in the

future, but none currently.

3. There will probably be no infrigement charges brought against Digecor. (Different Tech) DARN!!!

I am encouraged that:

1. Besides the 1 US Carrier/ 2 Foriegn Carriers soon to be announced, we have another US Carrier currently in trials..

2. Mezzo has International trials in progress...

3. Had a possible EVU car rental deal in the works that was shelved because of the economy. Staying in contact for future possibilities.

4. New EVU Platform looks awesome.

5. I am more confident that ever Edig is heading in the right direction with zero debt to boot. Just taking longer than we all thought.

Here's something brewing in my idle mind. I don't know if this has ever been brought up before or not, but as I recollect Samsung is #2 in world cell phone production, Nokia is #1 numero uno. That would not be too shabby for Samsung to own our patents would it? Kind of like Avis having the goods on Hertz. Don't forget Apple too. Weren't Nokia and Sony the mystery unnamed companies at the last SHM? Hmm, daydreaming time again. Comments anyone ?

B. Is busy planning how to retain his new soon to be found wealth from EDIG into something that will have worth. (Gold)?

C. Is previsiting all the world wide destinations that he will be vacationing at someday with his soon to be new found wealth.

D. He, LL, DB and HRH are the same person and he has no fingertips left after banging on the keyboard 24/7 for the last several years.

E. He is really RP and is locked away in a vault counting up all the lawsuit wins and revenue projections for the upcoming year.

F. Seriously, He has a LIFE!

G. Could be all of the above, but probably A and F.
