Good morning all...

Like many of us, I have had a lot of my juniors hammered...anything commodity related.

I have gone back to one of the basics...Waht are the insiders douing? The answer with GWG seems to be that the insiders own almost no common shares. Lots of options, but that doesn't translate into much of a commitment. If someone has better information than I do, or there is an explanation that doesn't suggest the insiders have bailed, please post.

Interesting developments over the past couple of days. Also watching KWG (I've had positions in both). Some spikes in volumes for both companies. I wonder what Hoov's take is on recent news.

Does anybody know if he's still posting on this site?

I have been trying to get some current and accurate information about the cash reserves that UC is holding. I'm particularly wondering if they will have to do a pp in the future.

Some of the analysis I have seen suggests that the book value of UC is more than the current sp.

It seems to me that UC has a lot going for it...in the right place at the right time. Surprising the sp is so flat.

I will continue to read the insightful posts. Thanks to all.

I'm really curious about the market reaction to the NR last week. I know you were going to check out Kitco. Any clarity there?

It makes no sense to me that a good, or moderately good result would spark a drop in SP, unless we are looking at manipulation... I have watched this happen with NRs from TME and TRR as well.

I keep holding on, with the idea that if the mineral is in the ground, eventually the SP will reflect that fact. Sooner or later someone is going to want it. I can wait it out.

I've followed NOT for several years now...Got out a couple of months ago thanks to a well timed stop loss order.

There is a disconnect I don't understand. It seems clear to me that there is great upside potential...the mineralization is there, the interest in ROF is high in both government and private sector, and it seems likely that the infrastructure questions are being addressed.

I check the insider reports and find that most insiders hold few or no common shares (lots of options). Further, at a time when the sp seems to be at bargain basement levels, insiders are selling. This raises a red flag for me.

Any comments or observations?

Good morning, all

Hope someone can help me out. I was just looking up some stuff on SEDI (basic DD) and note fairly large holdings by Pinetree Captial and Joe Dwek Management. I see these names come up often in connection with junior exploration companies. Does anybody know anything about these names? Sometimes when certain investment organizations start to take positions it bodes well for the sp.

I have just started looking more closely at UC. Previously did OK with FWR and SPQ. Is the Ring of Fire property a big piece of the UC puzzle? It appears that the Mexican operations are the ones they are promoting.

Also I'm trying to get a handle on what the current cash position of UC might be. On the web site the financial information I have been able to access is not current.

I'm enjoying reading all the posts on this hub. GLTA.
