Re: Similar Stories - L:SG:R Creep

It seems some time back several years ago in the winter months San Gold went to or slightly above $ 5.00 per share. Since then the price of gold went up in price per ounce and the share price went down never to return to it"s former $ 5.00 per share value.Since then the mine has been drilled and explored to a much greater degree, more updated bottlenecks un bottled, new equipment purchased , and why then is the price per share so low ? It is cheaper today to sit back and purchase a producer than to develope it yourself.

Why should not San Gold stay as a stand alone company by it"s self ? It can be profitable by it"s self. No further dilution is necessary. Stay small, stay focused, grow slowly and profitable. The mine has a long producing life and can give it"s shareholders good sound returns and value.

Question ? Does Timmins come into play as well in this situation or is it spun off to be on it"s own ? Comments please.

Re: 10 Year Grind

I was assuming a price of $2,000 an ounce for gold in 27 months time and a cost of about $ 530 an ounce but was glad to to hear that Dundee report was showing a decline in costs to perhaps below $ 500 an ounce by 2015. With much of the ramping completed to new area of the mine and debottle necking of the mill completed we shall see costs decline as well because they now have tunnels into the new high grade access completed. Also new running equipment will be more economical and larger tonnage to the mill will be available as well.Completing the need for new accomodation houses completed and modern up to date facilities will go a long way to maintaining a good workforce.I am assuming that the work staff is not a problem and that they have well trained miners and staff goes a long way to reaching their goal of running a good mine.

San Gold was recently listed by Manitoba Business magazine as the No. 2 fastest growing business in Manitoba. This is a wonderful award to be very proud of and we as shareholders should be proud of the accomlishments that San Gold has achieved as well.

Re: 10 Year Grind

Following the 10 year grind wave starting in 2004 with major wave up and major wave down with a projected wave 5 fitting into sometime in early 2014 I would like to know where you feel we are at the present time and do you see an upside to the stock going to the $ 10.00 range by springtime 2014 which is about 27 months away. With 300,000 metres drilled with approximate 13 drills at various times throughout the year 2011 and some 200 drill cores with good grades reported with more drill core results to follow I feel we will move up to a much higher reported 43-101 update and coming away from the present reported and inferred reported ounces.

What is the amount of drilling that is projected for 2012 in metres? I feel they have now sufficient cash flow to do all drilling without going to the market to ask for additional cash funds.

Is San Gold thinking of purchasing back shares to have a lessor amount of shares and thus firm up the share price.I feel dilution is a thing of the past unless they require funds for a new additional shaft and mill but this is not needed at this juncture?

Re: Rumor - SGR to take out BGE (Bison Gold)

It would not surprise me if San Gold bought out Bison Explorations,Cougar Minerals and Wildcat Resources in the Rice Lake Bissett area because of their huge land package in proximity to their own Rice Lake property and mill. Building a new mill from start up to completion would cost a hugh amount of dollars and time to complete and as San Gold already had a mill in place,up and running it could buy out it"s other companies in the area and start mining them of their gold as well as their own high grade gold. This would make for more added life for the mill and mine which is now around or over fifteen years life projections. This thought of buying out Bison would be a win for Bison and a win for San Gold as both would gain from such a take over venture. Whether such a transactions or joint venture take place or not there will be buys outs of companies and land packages in the future no doubt. The Rice Lake area has now come of age and by 2015 will look much different than today.More drilling, more 43-101"s,more exploration will reveal much more than we now know no doubt.Keep smiling.Gold will be poured.

Re: Share price

Questions for PDAC March 6-9th,2011

Has the expansion of the mill to 1800TPD started yet,and if so,long until it is completed?

Would management give an approximation of how many ozs will be milled in each of the next 4Q"s?

Has any gold been sold this 1st Q,2011 and approximate price per oz.?

Any news on the Strikepoint jv update?

KEEP the questions coming for the up coming PDAC and thanks for reporting on the up coming convention in the coming days.

Re: Financials

Could someone project or estimate approximately how the drilling is proceeding, what locations are they drilling at this time in the mine? Have they completed or give a report as to how the tunnels (ramps) that they were making to the various mining locations are coming along?

It is nice to know San Gold has recently purchased some new mining equipment such as the new scoop tram.Has the hoist facility been completed updated as of now?

Has San Gold increased it"s work force since they completed their new campsite and how large a staff does the mine now employee?

Is the daily mining tonnage per day increased above the 900 tons per day level on a steady basis and is the mill now working continuously 24 hours per day on a monthly basis yet?

Now that Mr.Pirie has taken over the position that Dale Guinn was previously doing is he now putting more time into the area of geological work in the mine with his good geological talents?
