Re: An example of the GNH Attitude

Earl,

I hate to state the obvious here, but you are the root cause of this expense. This may actually be a better example of your attitude than GNH management's.

I imagine that if I was the president of a publicly traded company, and I was accused of some type of impropriety by a very disgruntled shareholder, with an axe to grind, I would want to make sure my response was bullet proof.

I aplaud your overall alacrity: you have brought up some good points with respect to the company's overhead-cutting some fat in a company this tiny, with no revenue, is clearly the right thing to do. However, I have to say that my impression is that your mission is primarily to make Frank Candido personally feel the pain of your spilt milk. Don't worry-I'm over a 100k in the hole here too, and none too thrilled about it.

At the end of the day, I suspect demoralizing the management team will not help with our share price.

Re: Update

Thanks for the clarification...

I certainly agree that reducing overhead in an company with no revenue makes sense.

What options do you believe we have to bring the exploration to a point where shareholder value can be recovered?

Re: Update

Earl:

With respect to item (4): If we do not have a future, then this entire exercise of yours would seem futile. Management changes are not likely to affect the ultimate value of the resource-it's either there or it isn't.

Are you suggesting it is the intent of the current management to bleed all shareholder value out of the company via their salary compensation, after realizing the deposit has no real potential?

I'm a bit confused by this 'update' question...

Re: CSC Update?

PC...

Thank you for your efforts, as well as the other members of your team.

It's a shame we lost, but it was a good effort, nonetheless.

This was a real lesson for me in terms of how publicly traded companies operate, and how value is syphoned from these 'shells' into the pockets of those savvy enough to take advantage of the game. A lot of smoke and mirrors, to put it gently.

Anyway, I think I'll stick to making my money the old fashioned way: lesson learned.

Thank you again.

Re: credibility

I guess on the bright side, at .11, it can't go much lower.

Re: Hoov

I think the fact that Finisky owns 35% of CMM already suggests that the impending doom you speak of is smoke and mirrors.

If the goal here is to acquire CMM and sell the combined assets after to a larger fish, all that needs to be done is make the deal reasonable, and provide some disclosure about the real WTG assets. I'm sure you would see some support there.
