Re: 3.1 million TYHJF Traded This Morning.

Just to agree with and add an echo to this fine post...

Baires2,

I appreciate your efforts to keep us informed. (me too, thanks Baires2)

Having watched how small mines keeps faling...finding new investors...getting bought out and then failing...

I have to go back to one of the first things a freind in the mining business told me decades ago...

A gold mine is a pile of dirt with a lier standing on top, trying to sell you shares.

With a banker standing near him to "fund" the miner;

while at the same time holding down the price with paper gold sales so the miner goes broke.

Unfortunately that is the sad state of the mining business at this time.

Things will soon change

Here is one pertinent paragrapgh from a "subscription post."

"DB’s admission, and turning state’s evidence is very dangerous for many reasons. Most importantly, they have given up other counterparties. Criminal investigations are not the big concern, CIVIL SUITS are and will certainly now come in droves! You see, the process of “discovery” will be like pulling on a loose thread and will unravel all sorts misdoings. It needs to be said, the current revelations are EXACTLY what Bill Murphy, Adrian Douglass and Andrew Maguire tried to tell the CFTC back in 2010. By 2013, the CFTC reported (after a second 5 year investigation), they found “nothing actionable” in the silver market. This is not just egg on their face; they have now been proven either incompetent …or acted to cover up the crime. They cannot plead ignorance as they were given the current findings on a silver platter but apparently chose not to follow the evidence."

Things are about to change and I hope those that are at Tyhee are aware.

Re: Someone sold today...

Possibly someone who has given up and chosen to take this as a tax loss to offset other profits which will be taxed??????

Re: Tyhee Update

Everyone seems to be seeking a quick conclusion to this matter. IMO that is the worst thing that can possibly happen. Yes people can buy gold in small amounts at a few dollars premium to "manipulated price" which is published as the real price.

But if anyone wants gold in larger amounts, like tonnes, the premiums are not smaller they are much higher.

Why? I glad you asked.

Because the price of gold is outrageously manipulated. No one interested in making money would ever sell gold into a market the way we see it done regularly. Huge amounts are sold at one time driving down the price. This would never occur at a trading desk that was trying to make money. Anyone selling like that would be fired the first time they did something so stupid.

Large lots of gold (tonnage) sells at much higher premiums than what we see posted as the price as it is very hard to find a willing seller amongst people who know gold and deal in larger quantities. Ask Rob Kirby who does deal in larger amounts. The only people who don't understand this game is the public.

This cannot and will not continue forever. It has gone on longer than most, even knowledgeable, people ever thought it would.

This would be a terrible time to sell the company. Time (and hopefully a fair amount of time) is on our side. Once this manipulation ends (and they all do sooner or later) the price of gold will explode, So I am not anxious for deals to conclude or for a sale of the company for cash.

In time, if Tyhee can hang on, there will be no need to sell the company.

If it is sold and all we get is cash, we will all come to wish we still owned it or that it's sale purchased shares in another company.

Have you ever heard the expression "cash is trash;" you will soon learn what that means.

Hang in there. This is probably the last major shakeout IMO.

Re: Why Did The Price of Gold Get Smashed Following The Election?

Hopefully, someone who will survive this current mess (assuming the system continues for a while) will purchase Tyhee and give us some of what we bought into in the first place.

I will not be satisfied with some modest percentage of my original investment; though I have no control over the outcome. Our original investment was not made in error; though it may be overridden by corruption.
