Everyone seems to be seeking a quick conclusion to this matter. IMO that is the worst thing that can possibly happen. Yes people can buy gold in small amounts at a few dollars premium to "manipulated price" which is published as the real price.
But if anyone wants gold in larger amounts, like tonnes, the premiums are not smaller they are much higher.
Why? I glad you asked.
Because the price of gold is outrageously manipulated. No one interested in making money would ever sell gold into a market the way we see it done regularly. Huge amounts are sold at one time driving down the price. This would never occur at a trading desk that was trying to make money. Anyone selling like that would be fired the first time they did something so stupid.
Large lots of gold (tonnage) sells at much higher premiums than what we see posted as the price as it is very hard to find a willing seller amongst people who know gold and deal in larger quantities. Ask Rob Kirby who does deal in larger amounts. The only people who don't understand this game is the public.
This cannot and will not continue forever. It has gone on longer than most, even knowledgeable, people ever thought it would.
This would be a terrible time to sell the company. Time (and hopefully a fair amount of time) is on our side. Once this manipulation ends (and they all do sooner or later) the price of gold will explode, So I am not anxious for deals to conclude or for a sale of the company for cash.
In time, if Tyhee can hang on, there will be no need to sell the company.
If it is sold and all we get is cash, we will all come to wish we still owned it or that it's sale purchased shares in another company.
Have you ever heard the expression "cash is trash;" you will soon learn what that means.
