Roth Capital Partners ZEN report

Does anyone know if Roth has updated their analysis report on Zenyatta since the PEA? Older reports were posted here, I just wondering if anyone has seen it and what their price target/outlook is?

Thanks in advance

Re: How good does the PEA have to be?

I must have missed the $ of NPV SP estimate range of around 30%. Thank you so much Glorieux for laying out the your response of NPV to stock price ratio. Much appreciated. Will go back to patiently waiting for news and more importantly events to unfold.

Thanks for the insights Jimmer10. You make it very clear that we need the PEA AND major investor following financials.

How good does the PEA have to be?

Question for those who have contributed a thorough economic estimate on ZEN.

Just looked at NioCorp's announced PEA to learn and their stock dropped 22.52% to close at $1.17 after the announcement with key facts below. And they have a signficant off-take agreement, I believe for 50% that was mentioned on BNN.

Anyone have any thoughts how good the Zen PEA has to be (verus what you think it will be) to support at $3 or $5 or $10 SP after ZEN PEA announcement (whenever it happens)? Is it the PEA that matters or the institutional investor/off-take/buyout type arrangement that may follow (or come before)?

Very interested in opinions and discussion on these points as I wait patiently long. I figure these thoughts would be interesting for all as we wait.

Timing

Hello, this is my first post. I want to state my bias up front, I am long Zen and have been for a few years with a substantial investment (for me) based on my belief in the DD's that have been made on this board. I firstly want to thank the HUB leaders especially for taking the time and sharing their very insightful analyses and efforts they have put into sharing on this Hub. I would feel much less informed and much more prone to erratic investment behaviour without this information. While I am not a knowledgable small cap mining investor (hence my username), I am learning and I am involved in other parts of the investment industry.

Here's my view on PEA timing. It strikes me that past NR's suggest a series of NR's that are not completed yet (ie. on target markets) and there is more product readiness work likely going on to satisfy these different market segments. My sense from witnessing the most recent NR release pattern, is that there are more NR's to come before PEA. Tough to be patient, but there has not yet been a single negative NR so I remain committed. End of Q1 while a hope, was never an expectation.

As for buyouts and other reasons to never have a PEA, I am not expert enough to have any opinion. But I love the chatter.

Here's to hoping for either next (PEA or Buy Out) in Q2!
